Presence is a people entry/exit control, which allows to know those who are in their workplace, and therefore it is also a signing and time control of employees according to current regulations, using different channels, to through which the employee can make entry and exit markings at their workplace, recording the hours and causes, and with the possibility of generating periodic reports, all of which can be exported to Excel.

Marking interface - WEB
This interface is located on a specific public marking page that can be accessed by all workers.
The workers must only enter their employee code and the type of marking to be performed, either entry or exit (end of the day or for a specific reason. These reasons are expandable and configurable).
The markings made this day up to that moment appears at the bottom.
Marking interface - Mobile APP
Presence has a mobile APP for marking. As in the web interface, the worker must only enter their employee code (once, then it is remembered by the APP) and the type of marking to be carried out, either entry or exit.
This option is interesting when markings must be done from outside the usual office, in a certain location and verify that the person is present there.
* It is always necessary for the APP that user gives his/her permission to send this information.

Marking interface - PHONE
A phone number and extension will be configured in the IP PBX to which employees will call to use the presence control service. This will appear in the application access control panel.
To make a marking or imputation, the employee must make a call to said extension every time he arrives at the office or leaves the office for any reason.
Calls can be made from any telephone at work (not necessarily from the extension assigned to the worker) and also from the mobile if you want to make a dialing out of the office, in another location.
For this, this mobile must be registered in the switchboard and associated with that worker.
There is a locutions flow that will guide the worker in the marking process. The system will verify the employee, the day and type of the last imputation that he made, and it will be the system itself that assigns the type of marking to be made, leaving the employee to decide if the imputation to record is correct or not.
Marking interface - FACIAL RECOGNITION
Presencia supports the possibility of contactless marking, using a facial recognition module using smart cameras, linking it with the marking system or time imputation.
By locating the facial recognition platform at the entrance / exit doors of the company, the worker will only have to stand in front of the camera for a few seconds.
The system has previously registered the biometric data of the face of each worker, so that when it detects a face, it compares with its database and, automatically, identifies it as that employee, consults the last imputation made by that worker (from the channel outside) and make the appropriate marking (entry or exit) accordingly.
The system presents the worker himself with an on-screen confirmation of said marking for his knowledge.

Marking interface - BLE TAGS
Presencia has another type of contactless marking, thanks to its integration with BTraZing, the Mildmac RTLS platform for Asset Tracking, Location and Traceability using BLE devices.
The system has previously registered the BLE devices for each worker (card, pendant, keychain …), so that when the locator detects a tag, it compares with its database and automatically identifies it as that employee, consults the latest imputation that worker made (from whatever channel) and makes the appropriate marking (entry or exit) accordingly.
The system is completely unattended and non-intrusive. The worker does not need to interact with any device; simply access the company with the built-in tag.
Marking interface - FINGERPRINT
Presencia also admits the possibility of using a fingerprint reader module, linking it with the system of markings or time imputations.
By locating the fingerprint reading platform at the entrance / exit doors of the company, the workers will only have to place their finger on the reader for a few seconds.
The system has previously registered the biometric data of the fingerprint of each worker, so that when it detects a fingerprint, it compares with its database and automatically identifies it as that employee, consults the last imputation made by that worker (from whatever channel) and performs the appropriate marking (entry or exit) accordingly.
Marking interface - NFC / RFID CARD
Presencia is also able to work with the most traditional transfer system: the card, be it NFC or RFID.
By locating the card reading platform at the entrance / exit doors of the company, the worker will only have to pass his card through it each time he enters or leaves the company.
The system previously has each card associated with its worker, so that when it performs a reading, it identifies it as that employee, it consults the last imputation made by that worker (from whatever channel) and makes the appropriate marking (entry or exit) in consequence.
